Heat star Bam Adebayo exits Hornets play-in clash with concerning injury
The Miami Heat are fighting for their playoff lives on Tuesday night on the road against the Charlotte Hornets, and now they may have to do it without their best player. Star big man Bam Adebayo left the game and went back to the locker room during the second quarter after taking a hard fall.
Adebayo got tripped up after contesting a shot from Hornets star LaMelo Ball and appeared to land hard on his tailbone. He took a few minutes to get up before walking gingerly back to the locker room.
Bam Adebayo landed hard on his tailbone and is on the ground in pain.
