The Washington Wizards won the 2026 NBA Draft Lottery, which means they’ll have the honor of picking No. 1 toward the end of June.
The lottery balls worked out in the Wizards’ favor, and it’s what happened before that led them to get the top pick in the draft.
“The second lottery drawing for the No. 2 pick was a combination of 14-2-6-9 for the Utah Jazz. The very next draw was also the Jazz (2-8-11-7), so the re-draw was 13-4-10-6 and that went to the Memphis Grizzlies for the No. 3 pick,” Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
