Thomas Tuchel‘s side will then begin their bid for glory on June 17 against Croatia – but first, they take on Costa Rica.

After beating New Zealand 1-0 in Florida last Saturday, the focus now turns to their second and final warm-up clash.

Harry Kane scored England’s winning goal last time out, as Tuchel rotated his entire team during the preparation game.

The German may look to give some more minutes to key starters this time around as time ticks closer to the World Cup.

England vs Costa Rica: Team news

England and Tuchel will be boosted by the arrival of four Arsenal stars who had an extended break before travelling to the USA.

Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke will be available to get some minutes against Costa Rica.

They could all feature from the off, while plenty of rotation is expected throughout the match again.

Jude Bellingham played the second half against New Zealand, but he could now start, along with Reece James and Nico O’Reilly.

Meanwhile, Rio Ngumoha, Alex Scott, Josh King and Ethan Nwaneri have remained part of the preparation squad.

As for Costa Rica, they’re not going to the World Cup, but they will be sure to field their strongest team to try to beat England.

England vs Costa Rica: What has been said?

talkSPORT host and former England striker Gabby Agbonlahor believes Bellingham isn’t a certain World Cup starter.

Tuchel has spoken openly about Bellingham not being guaranteed to play from the off, as he is only part of the ’14 or 15 potential starters’ – but Agbonlahor doesn’t think that that’s a major surprise.

“Everyone’s looking for a story here…if Bellingham’s not going to start, so what?” he said on Breakfast on Monday.

“He’s got experience, this is already his fourth tournament, three goals and two assists in major tournaments.

“But if he doesn’t start, so what? It’s not a big deal. Morgan Rogers has been in outstanding form for Aston Villa and I’m sure that by the end of the tournament, Bellingham would have played a big role.

“If he does start, he knows he’s got to be at it as he’s got someone like Rogers and Eze who are there to try and take your spot.”
