Cubs’ Alex Bregman can’t stop hitting home runs vs. Nationals

Alex Bregman just had a night for the Chicago Cubs. The three-time All-Star found his power on Wednesday in the second game of their series against the Washington Nationals at Nationals Park in  Washington, and hit not one, not two, but three home runs to help the Cubs notch a 12-6 win.

Here is a video of Bregman’s booming third home run of the evening, which was also just the first three-HR game of his career in the big leagues.

Cubs fans are surely loving the incredible performance at the plate by the two-time World Series champion.

Bregman ripped his first home run of the contest in the fifth inning, a three-run homer that put the Cubs ahead, 4-1. He added his second home run in the sixth inning to stretch Chicago’s lead to 9-4. Bregman completed the hat trick of home runs in the eighth inning to give the Cubs a 12-5 edge.
