1. By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions). The General Terms and Conditions also apply to the Promotion and, unless otherwise stated, any terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Specific Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion on the Platform (including social media if applicable), also form part of these Terms and Conditions (the Promotional Materials). In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such Promotional Materials or General Terms and Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

3. The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Timing

4. The Promotion starts at 2.00 PM (UK time) on 6 May 2026 and closes at 4.00 PM (UK time) on 18 May 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified. 

How to Enter

You can spend up to a maximum of £40 on paid text message/SMS entries during the Promotion Period. You may also qualify for “Additional Entries At No Extra Cost” as detailed in Clause 7.

2. Boost Offer:

You can use the Boost Offer once. This allows you to pay for 5 extra entries in one go, as described in clause 7;

4. Free phone entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) times by calling the phone number provided.

Please note these important limits: 

Monthly Cap: A statutory combined limit of £240 per month applies to all phone-paid services on your account.

Rejections: If you reach this combined limit across multiple promotions, any further SMS entry attempts will be rejected but you may still be charged by your network provider. 

7. If you enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by Text Message/SMS, you will be invited to take part in the following offers:

• Additional Entry At No Extra Cost

1. If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message). 
2. If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
3. If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost. 
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you choose to accept the offer, the subsequent SMS message is sent within the Promotion Period; otherwise, the additional entry and free entry may be charged but not included in the draw.

• Boost Offer

a boost of 5 additional entries from the same mobile number at the premium rate of £5 (five pounds) plus your standard network rate by texting BONUS, FIVE OR BOOST to 83338 during the Promotion Period. Participants are limited to 1 Boost Offer only during the Promotion. 

Winners and Prizes 

8. There will be only ONE (1) winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below).  The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. 
9. The Prize is £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds cash).
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.  
11. The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) 

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

12. The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results).
13. The selected Participant will be contacted by phone at approximately 4.30pm on 18 May 2026, and will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. During this call, the selected Participant will be informed that one of the presenters will call them once, live, during that day’s DRIVE show. The selected Participant must personally answer this live call, and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize,  to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize.
14. If, at either the time of the initial notification call or the live on-air call:

(i) the selected Participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds;

(ii) another person answers the call;

(iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;

(iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;

(v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving); 

(vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected Participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback); or

(vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;

the selected Participant will forfeit their chance to win.

15. In the event the selected participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).
16. The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. The Promoter will not call back on an alternative number. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
17. With the selected Participant’s consent, the call with the presenter may be switched to a video call; however, this is not obligatory. The call may be broadcast live on any part of the Platform, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.
18. If a winner cannot be confirmed live on-air, the Promoter may continue the selection process off-air.
19. The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate and complete. Subject to verification, the Winner will be paid within 30 business days from providing their bank details. 

General 

20. The Promoter’s decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.
21. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).
22. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 
23. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
24. The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
