Sunderland are just one point behind said spot but are vying with five total sides for this spot and it all comes down to who finishes the final six games the best.

Aston Villa on the other hand, virtually have a European spot all wrapped up but they could now try to fight for a top three finish.

This means it should be an all-out battle between these two sides, neither of which will want to settle or even aim for a draw.

Villa aim for top three

Aston Villa are level on points with Man United now but just below them in the table due to an inferior goal difference.

But it means they are well within the hunt for a top three finish which can be huge.

Villa are also three points ahead of Liverpool and as much as seven points above sixth placed Chelsea.

However, these two sides aren’t split by much and it could go either way – with Sunderland a huge price to win, and both tough to back to win straight.

To score or assist?

Morgan Rogers has assisted twice in his last two games in the Premier League, when facing Forest and West Ham.

That was after a five game spell without any goal involvements.

His last goal came against Bournemouth and his total tally comes to eight goals and seven assists.

Ollie Watkins has only scored one more than his midfield teammate, with nine goals but just two assists.

The goals have been fairly spread out across plenty of players this season for Villa but it’s these two that have been the top contributors.
