Is WWE now using AI for its television programming and promos? Well, fans believe so. Earlier this year, after Dana White admitted to using AI for their UFC White House promo, and Mark Shapiro admitted to WWE using AI in their creative and storytelling, fans believe they have now spotted the promotion using it in promos.

Recently, on the latest episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, Solo Sikoa delivered a promo with The Usos and Roman Reigns in the background. The promo was addressed to 946 amid their ongoing feud. However, the entire flow of the promo and the color grade seemed odd. While WWE has not admitted to using AI or a green screen to capture the promo, fans believe they did.

As soon as the video was uploaded on social media, fans started commenting the same. “This the worst green screen segment I've ever seen,” wrote one fan. While another person commented, “You really green screened to show Roman making an ‘appearance.'” “Why does this look AI?” commented another person. “Am I crazy or is does this look AI??” said another fan. However, despite the allegations by the fans, WWE has not yet commented on the situation.

Earlier this year, in an audio obtained from WWE's recent Townhall by Post Wrestling, Shapiro was heard saying that WWE's Chief Content Officer, Triple H, and WWE President Nick Khan use AI in WWE's creative and storytelling.

“Nick Khan and Triple H are using AI for storylines with the WWE,” Shapiro said. “What’s resonating? What superstars are resonating? In what pockets of the country are they resonating? That helps us with, obviously, our content, our editorial, our creative, our mapping, our touring, and of course, maximizing revenue and getting our product out to the fans most in need of it.”
