Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer certainly knows how to make an impression. The Cowboys head coach was wearing cowboy gear at DeMarvion Overshown’s wedding over the weekend. An image went viral of the head coach’s look.

The picture of Schottenheimer was shared by Cowboys reporter Clarence Hill Jr. Overshown also released a lot of images of the event on his Instagram.

Overshown is a linebacker for the Cowboys. He was married in a big ceremony in Tyler, Texas. Guests included Cowboys players and coaches.

“A brand new man,” Overshown said about his marriage, per CBS 19 in Texas. “I already feel like I’m times 10 aura.”

Overshown was drafted in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft by Dallas. He didn’t play his rookie season due to injuries.

The linebacker played in 13 games during the 2024 campaign. That season, he posted 90 total tackles.

In the 2025 season, Overshown played in just six games. He didn’t play a lot due to another injury he suffered near the end of the 2024 campaign, which affected his ability to play. He posted 28 total tackles during the 2025 season.

Overshown gave credit to his wife for helping him get through the challenging times. He suffered tears to his PCL, ACL and MCL when he got hurt in 2024.

“You wake up from a surgery like that, your mental state is not as well,” Overshown said. “But she was the one to calm me down. She was the one to make sure I got home, make sure I was eating and taking care of myself.”

Cowboys fans are happy to see the linebacker bounce back, and have a beautiful wedding.
