Wife of Late WWE star Bray Wyatt pens emotional tribute on 3rd anniversary of his tragic death

Three years ago on Aug. 24, 2026, the wrestling world lost one of its gems, Bray Wyatt. After staying out of action for several months, Wyatt passed away due to a heart attack in his sleep at his home in Brooksville, Florida, at the age of 36.

An extremely beloved figure across the industry, Wyatt’s passing left many shocked. Still not forgotten, WWE and several Superstars continue to respect and honor Wyatt’s legacy, while his influence lives on.

Recently, Wyatt’s former wife, Joseann Offerman, aka, JoJo Offerman, penned an emotional note on social media on the 3rd anniversary of Wyatt’s tragic death while reflecting on their relationship.

“Never would I have imagined during any of these moments that one day you wouldn’t be here anymore. It’s been 3 years without you Windham. 3 years since I last hugged you, or kissed your lips. 3 years since I last heard your laugh or you telling me that you love me. The pain remains the same, even if the days are a bit easier to handle.

“But nothing’s ever easy, it’s so hard without you. The kids and I miss you so much, and they never stop talking about their daddy! I just know you’re proud but there are so many moments I wish you were still here for. I hope you feel how celebrated and loved you are each day. Thank you for giving us a love we will always carry with us. We love you more than anything and I’ll always be grateful for you, my forever love. Don’t forget to visit me in my dreams,” Offerman wrote.

Offerman was a part of WWE from 2013 until 2021. She later joined AEW in 2025 and has been a part of the promotion since then.
