The reason Astros star Carlos Correa is not starting vs. Dodgers
The Houston Astros are set to host the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday night. However, they will be without veteran Carlos Correa, who was reportedly scratched from the lineup before the game due to an ankle injury.
“Correa apparently injured the ankle during batting practice — the second day in a row the Astros have lost a player during BP,” McTaggart reported.
The Dodgers defeated the Astros 8-3 on Monday. It was recently revealed that Yainer Diaz could miss a significant amount of time due to injury. The Astros have a number of other injury concerns to monitor. Now, the ball club will also be without Carlos Correa against the Dodgers.
