Tuesday football tips
Bet of the Day – Lincoln City to beat Bradford City @ 37/40
Lincoln City are the form side in League One, with six wins and three draws from their last nine games. They’ve scored more goals (14) than any of their third tier rivals in the last six games and should be feeling good ahead of the visit of Bradford to Sincil Bank.
The Bantams have run into a real sticky patch, with three league defeats in four games seeing them drop to fourth, leaving Tuesday’s hosts clear in second spot behind leaders Cardiff.
The Imps have scored nine times in three league games and have lost only once in 14 home league games so far. Bradford meanwhile have just four wins in 13 on their travels.
Michael Skubala’s side have momentum behind them and Lincoln can make a major statement in the quest for automatic promotion with a win on Tuesday.
Bet Builder – RB Leipzig Half-time/Full-time, Over 9.5 Corners & Most Shots: RB Leipzig @ 6/1
To the Bundesliga for this bet builder as relegation-threatened St Pauli welcome Champions League hopefuls RB Leipzig to Millerntor.
After successive defeats to sign off 2025, Leipzig have won two of their three games in 2026, dismissing Freiburg and Heidenheim either side of a loss to Bayern Munich.
St Pauli are the weakest team in the Bundesliga on first-half performances, going in ahead just twice in 18 games.
Leipzig meanwhile have scored the opening goal in 15 of their 18 league games so far and they can get their noses in front before half time.
St Pauli’s league games are averaging 9.94 corners so far, while the figure is 10.28 for Leipzig. They can combine to hit double figures here.
The visiting side should win the shot-count. Leipzig fired in 17 shots despite losing 1-5 to Bayern earlier in the month. Before that they had a 21-3 shot-count success against Freiburg and it was 11-7 last time at Heidenheim.
Accumulator – Exeter to beat Reading, Bolton to beat Burton Albion & Cambridge United to beat Shrewsbury @ 6/1
Exeter have hit form in League One, with four wins and a draw in recent weeks. That run has moved them above a Reading side with just two wins in five games in the third tier. The Royals y needed a late Jack Marriott goal on Saturday to avoid a home loss against Barnsley and may not be able to contain the flying Grecians now.
Bolton have a joint-high 10 draws in League One already and will be desperate not to add another when relegation-threatened Burton Albion visit. Gary Bowyer’s side have lost four of their last five and may suffer a familiar feeling at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Cambridge United are on a 12-game unbeaten streak in League Two and now find themselves outside of the automatic promotion spots on goal difference alone, with six teams split by four points.
Neil Harris and his U’s side will be confident of making it five straight league victories as they entertain a Shrewsbury outfit with just one win in 10 league games since mid-November.
