Notts County vs Salford prediction
Notts County are just about the favourites here but have struggled against Salford, on a head to head basis for quite a few years.
Salford have done the double over Notts County in the 2025/26 season, as well as the 2024/25 campaign, winning five in a row against them since a loss in League Two in September 2023.
Salford also have the better form going into the end of this current season, finishing just one point above County.
Both sides had similar endings in the semi-finals to get here and Salford look a great price against a team they often do well against.

Notts County vs Salford betting tips
Salford love to beat County
In the last five meetings between these two sides Salford have won by an aggregate of 12-4.
Notts only beat Chesterfield 1-0 in the semi-finals on aggregate while Salford scored four past Grimsby as they went to extra time, which saw Kallum Cesay score in the 116th minute to seal their place at Wembley and a chance to get into League One.
Salford were promoted into League Two back in 2019 and this is the closest they’ve come to getting into the next tier of English Football, one they look unlikely to pass up.
Goals, cards and winners
The goalscorers often are quite divided between a few players at Salford, with Daniel Udoh the top scorer so far with ten goals, but for cards Haji Mnoga is averaging a yellow card every 0.44 games.
