Mike Vrabel’s Week 1 Patriots injury update for TreVeyon Henderson, Christian Barmore
The New England Patriots are just days away from Week 1 of the 2026 regular season. New England begins the season with a Super Bowl rematch against Seattle on Wednesday night. The Patriots could be without a few important players due to injury in their season opener.
Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel gave a pair of injury updates on Monday days before the team’s first game of the season.
Vrabel started by sharing an update on TreVeyon Henderson, who remains uncertain to be available for Week 1.
“We’ll see how he feels today, we’ll see if he can do anything,” Vrabel said, per ESPN’s Mike Reiss. “He’s been working extremely hard to come back and we’ll see where that goes today.”
Vrabel added that defensive tackle Christian Barmore will be back at practice on Monday. Barmore did not practice on Sunday because of a knee injury.
More on this story to come.
