Miami Dolphins 1971–73: The Perfect Season Dynasty
The Miami Dolphins’ 1971–73 run was more than the NFL’s only perfect season. After losing Super Bowl VI, Don Shula’s team won Super Bowls VII and VIII, claimed three straight AFC championships and went 44-6-1 across regular-season and postseason play. Featuring stars such as Bob Griese, Larry Csonka and the No-Name Defence, Miami established a lasting dynasty.
