Logan Paul praises former WWE chairman Vince McMahon’s ‘brilliance’

While currently flourishing in WWE under Triple H’s leadership, Logan Paul’s WWE debut while Vince McMahon was still a part of the WWE creative team. Recently, appearing on Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story? podcast, Paul did not shy away from heaping praise on former boss Vince McMahon.

Speaking on the recently released episode, Paul claimed that one of the biggest lessons he learned was from Vince McMahon. He claimed that McMahon taught him that the “product” and “entertaining people” always come first.

“You know what I learned from that, and your dad just in general; it’s all about the show. It’s all about the product. He built something that he would have died for. It was all about entertaining people. I have so much just respect for that,” Paul shared.

Paul mentioned that when they first discussed his joining WWE, he doubted Vince fully grasped his points about social media and viral content. Stephanie McMahon claimed that her father understood the importance of integrating social media into the product in spite of not understanding the concept himself.

“That’s the brilliance of Vince McMahon. We’ve seen that over the years. It’s like, you have this ability to adapt, even if you aren’t entirely sure what’s going on. You rely on people who are experts in a craft. And the WWE and Vince trusted me. I was the last person Vince ever signed, which I thought was really cool,” Paul concluded.

Despite a successful career as the brain behind WWE’s success, McMahon resigned from WWE in Jan. 2024 after a lawsuit was filed by former employee Janel Grant against him and WWE.
