Knicks’ Karl-Anthony Towns wants New York to thank Jordyn Woods’ good luck charm for NBA title
While he’s attributed some of his team’s NBA Finals success to his late mother, fans may have to thank Karl-Anthony Towns’ fiancée, Jordyn Woods, for the New York Knicks’ championship win.
Appearing with some of his teammates on Good Morning America (GMA), KAT told fans they should thank his fiancée for her role in the team’s NBA Finals win. Robin Roberts brought up Woods’ “special bag” that she brings to games.
“That bag is undoubtedly probably one of the greatest articles of clothing that New York has ever seen,” Towns said with a laugh. “It’s had a run for sure. Undefeated in the playoffs.”

When asked by Roberts if it felt like a good luck charm, KAT replied, “Yeah, Woods by Jordyn for sure got it done for us. Shoutout to her, and shoutout to what she’s been able to do with the world and with that bag, because New York has a lot to thank her for.”
Who is Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns’ fiancée, Jordyn Woods?

Woods is a socialite. She gained notoriety for appearing in episodes of Life of Kylie, a 2017 reality series dedicated to her relationship with Kylie Jenner.
She supported her fiancée, Towns, during his latest postseason run with the Knicks. New York only lost three games during their entire playoff run.
They closed out the NBA Finals on Saturday, June 13, in San Antonio. KAT didn’t get to play a lot, only logging 23 minutes, because he got into foul trouble early. In 23 minutes, Towns scored two points, making one of his seven shots. He still had 10 rebounds, though.
KAT dominated the first two games of the series, setting himself up to be crowned Finals MVP. The award ultimately went to Jalen Brunson. During the first two games, he scored 39 points and had 25 rebounds.
