Jelly Roll breaks silence, calls out internet ‘liars’ amid Bunni XO divorce rumors

Rumors have swirled regarding Jelly Roll and Bunni XO’s divorce, but the country singer and WWE star has finally opened up about the decision made by him and his ex-wife.

During his concert in Saratoga Springs, New York, Jelly finally addressed his divorce. He said it’d be the only time he would, and he still raved about his “best friend” while calling out internet “liars.”

“I wasn’t gonna talk about this tonight, but while we’re talking about liars, the internet is a liar, too! It’s the only time and the only city I’m gonna speak about this, so break your camera phones out now,” he told the audience. “Me and my wife are best friends, we will always be best friends. We just got off the phone earlier today. Nobody cheated on nobody; she just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it. Every word of it is the truth. That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever speak about it.”

He then said he “loved” Bunni, and he thanked her for 10 years of an “incredible” marriage. Jelly then said, “Thank you for the next 10 years of friendship and 20 beyond that.”

Despite what rumors initially stated, the divorce wasn’t a mutual decision, at least according to Bunni (via TMZ). On her Dumb Blonde podcast, she said they had an argument that left her “so fed up and so tired” that she told Jelly to “file the f*****g divorce papers.”

They’d reportedly had discussions about divorce over the years, but this time, she packed a bag and left. She was then surprised when Jelly actually filed for divorce in May 2026. TMZ notes that his filing states their separation date was May 9, a day before their alleged fight on Mother’s Day.

Jelly is already back on the dating scene, as Bunni said. However, they still plan on having a child together, and they’ll co-parent them.
