Last year’s final of UEFA’s third tier competition saw Chelsea triumph over Real Betis, and it was made available to watch for free by TNT Sports via discovery+.

In previous years, the game has also been streamed on YouTube.

But that is not the case this time around.

Is the Conference League final on YouTube?

The Conference League final will not be streamed live on YouTube tonight.

It comes after TNT Sports and HBO Max opted to make a change to their coverage of all European finals.

Since they acquired the rights in 2015, TNT Sports has allowed all fans to watch the action free of charge each year, while before that, the games were broadcast free-to-air on ITV in the UK.

But this year there will be no option to watch the action with no charge.

UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer recently called on TNT Sports to make the Champions League final free to view on TV.

Fans will have to sign up for TNT Sports and HBO Max to watch the clash between Crystal Palace and Rayo Vallecano.

You can still listen to the Conference League final through our partnership with TNT Sports for free on talkSPORT.

Legendary broadcaster Adrian Durham will present our coverage from Leipzig, with commentary coming from Sam Matterface and former Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew.

Conference League final: Team news

Crystal Palace have five injury concerns heading into their first-ever European final, namely Adam Wharton.

The midfielder limped off in the Eagles’ defeat to Arsenal on Sunday with an ankle injury, but there is hope he will be fit to play in Germany.

Chris Richards is also in a race to make the final, after he suffered two torn ankle ligaments against Brentford, with manager Glasner admitting he is ’50-50′ to feature on Wednesday night.

Eddie Nketiah and Cheick Doucoure won’t play, while Borna Sosa remains touch and go, having sat out the Arsenal clash.

As for Rayo Vallecano, they will have to wait and see over the fitness of winger Carlos Martin, who was forced off in their final LaLiga game against Alaves with a back injury.

On the Spanish side’s injury list and missing the final are Ilias Akhomach, Diego Mendez and Luiz Felipe.

Conference League Final: What has been said?

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner is hoping for a fairytale ending to his historic two-year stint by delivering Conference League glory.

The Austrian will leave the club after this game, and delivered a first-ever major trophy to Selhurst Park by winning the FA Cup last year.

As well as the opportunity to win a first-ever European title, Glasner can also ensure the Eagles secure Europa League qualification for next season with victory over Rayo Vallecano.

He told UEFA.com: “If we win the Conference League, all the players who stay here at the club, the fans, they [will] have the benefit, because they’ll play European football again next year.

“So, everything they do [is] for themselves too, for the club, for the fans, and not for me.

“[Winning this final] would be a perfect ending.

“When you watch a movie, when you read a book, you always hope that there is a happy ending.

“To end this more than two-year journey with another trophy, with the first European trophy in Crystal Palace’s history, that would be incredible.”
