Houston basketball star Kingston Flemings makes final NBA Draft decision
Houston basketball had one of its most talented teams under Kelvin Sampson in 2025-26, but it still fell short of its ultimate goal. A big reason for the Cougars’ success this season was star freshman Kingston Flemings, who quickly emerged as one of the top freshman in a historic class.
Now, Flemings has made his final decision on the upcoming NBA Draft. As expected, Flemings announced that he will be entering the upcoming draft after just one season in college.

Flemings is regarded as a lock to be a top-10 pick, and he could go as high as No. 5 overall. As a result, it’s no surprise to see him off to the pros as a one-and-done player.
