Fever’s Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham challenged to WWE match by Nikki Bella

Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham may have to start thinking of their ring names soon. In a response to a previous callout by Cunningham, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella decided to challenge to the two Indiana Fever stars to a showdown with her and her twin sister Brie.

In an interview with Sports Illustrated’s Kent Brown, Bella responded for the second time to a comment Cunningham made when asked about which Superstars she would face in a WWE match during an interview from late 2025. This time, however, she decided to bring Clark into the mix.

“Sophie Cunningham has said that she’s wanted to take me on, so I’d like to take her and Caitlin Clark on, that’d be fun,” Bella said. “She started it, we’ll finish it.”

When asked about the possibility of using her finishing move on Clark, Bella couldn’t help but get excited by the thought.

“Dude, I’ll Rack Attack the s–t out of her,” she said.

Cunningham first brought up the Bella Twins in an interview with Bryanna Sports last December when she talked about having aspirations of being a professional wrestler. After the interviewer pointed out that Nikki and Brie were among the “best” Superstars WWE has to offer, Cunningham sheepishly responded with a bold claim.

“Well, I’m hopefully gonna take away their shine one day.”

Cunningham as revealed that the WWE has reached out to her in the past, so the door may be open for a potential in-ring clash between the four standout athletes in the future. For now, though, fans will just have to imagine what this new “rivalry” would look like.
