Daniel Dubois raring for training return as camp warn Fabio Wardley of ‘massive risk’ in rematch
Daniel Dubois’ Head of Performance Analysis Mohammed Ali believes his charge is already ready to get back training.
Dubois put on a scintillating performance in an instant classic victory over Fabio Wardley to snatch away the WBO title from his fellow Brit.

It was a gruelling and brutal affair which saw the pair take significant damage, with the eventual victor being forced to recover from the canvas twice.
Wardley has already elected to activate his rematch clause as he seeks immediate redemption for his first career loss.
But it was expected that it may not land until the final quarter of the year with the pair likely to take extended breaks.
Ali says Dubois is already raring to go, and will not take too much time away, telling talkSPORT.com: “Daniel is ready to go back in to training now.
“When he beats someone up, he is ready for the next day. I don’t think he needs a full recovery.
“He was ready after Anthony Joshua, Jarrell Miller and yeah he is ready again.
“Daniel Dubois is the second best heavyweight in the world along with Usyk and he will prove it again in the rematch.”
Clearly there is no determination for Dubois to rest on his laurels despite the challenging bout.
The huge showdown has yet to be officially scheduled back in, but promoter Frank Warren expects it to this time land in a stadium this autumn.

Ali – Wardley is taking massive risk facing us again
Wardley took some real punishment in the defeat, but he was aggrieved with the stoppage despite many even believing it was too late.
But the brave Ipswich native is determined to get his defeat back and his heavyweight world crown.
Ali, who prepared the masterful game plan for Wardley, believes it is a huge risk which could set Wardley back massively.
And he anticipates it was an instinctive decision, but expects the same outcome on the night.
He continued: “There were weaknesses and strengths watching that fight.

“We will have to make sure we will do better the next time, it was a great performance but we don’t want to go down this time.
“I think the next event will be even better, but I think Fabio is taking a massive risk.
“I think the rematch was something that triggered in his mind, I feel like it was done instinctively rather than thought through.”
