The New York Knicks’ improbable win on Tuesday night was not just simple hard work, according to professional wrestling star Danhausen; the team had some supernatural assistance.

Madison Square Garden witnessed one of the greatest postseason rallies in NBA history. New York trailed the Cleveland Cavaliers by 22 points late in the fourth quarter, facing a daunting 93-71 deficit with just 7:52 remaining in regulation.

However, the Knicks closed the game on an unbelievable 44-11 run, forcing overtime and ultimately securing an electric 115-104 victory in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. While superstar point guard Jalen Brunson dominated the box score with a stunning 38-point masterpiece, Danhausen claimed he shifted the tide with a trademark curse on the Cavaliers.

Following the epic comeback, the popular wrestler took to social media to celebrate the victory and demand his reward from the city of New York.”Danhausen told you the curse was real, we did it,” the wrestling star proclaimed. “Danhausen has cursed the Cavaliers, the Knicks have won and Danhausen has won, and now he’s owed courtside seats in between Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, yes that’s right, and then the curse will continue.”

A-list stars like Lenny Kravitz and Dustin Hoffman already headlined the star-studded crowd at the Garden for the series opener. If the Knicks want to keep their positive momentum rolling, treating the master of curses to premium seating might not be a bad idea.

Behind Brunson’s late-game heroics, Mikal Bridges stepped up with 18 points, while big man Karl-Anthony Towns anchored the paint with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Cleveland guard Donovan Mitchell put up 29 points, but the Cavaliers ran completely out of gas. Game 2 tips off on Thursday night, and the Knicks will look to take a 2-0 lead, with or without a wrestling curse.
