Despite making a surprise return during WWE's South America tour, the “Visionary” Seth Rollins has yet to make a comeback to television.

According to WrestleVotes on Fightful Select, Rollins' comeback is “lined up,” but it's unknown when it will occur. It sounds like he was initially going to be part of Money in the Bank, which takes place on Oct. 10, but that's no longer the case.

“Sources indicate that at one point, there were MITB plans, but those plans appear to have since shifted, and WWE is waiting for the right time to bring him back to television,” the report stated.

It is unknown when Rollins will be back in WWE. It does not sound like he will be back in time for Money in the Bank, though he could always make a surprise appearance. However, with Crown Jewel and Survivor Series: WarGames coming up in November, it is also possible he makes it back in time for those major PLEs.

His last televised match was against his former Shield stablemate, Roman Reigns. He unsuccessfully challenged the “Tribal Chief” for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam in the Night 2 main event.

He made a surprise appearance at a house show in Quito, Ecuador, on Sep. 10. Rollins teamed up with LA Knight and Solo Sikoa to face The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) and Jacob Fatu.

However, house shows are generally not canon, though Stephanie Vaquer beat Liv Morgan to win the Women's World Championship during the last show of the South America tour. Still, Rollins' last canon appearance is likely SummerSlam.

It's unknown what Rollins will do when he returns. His longstanding feud with Reigns appears to be over, but he could always continue to feud with the rest of the Bloodline.
