A few days ago, former WWE Women's United States Champion Tiffany Stratton almost injured herself during one of her training sessions. Recently, while training and live-streaming the session, Stratton took a scary bump on the ringside apron while performing a dive.
Stratton attempted to go over the top rope, but seemingly ended up hitting her head and neck on the apron. Stratton then proceeded to land awkwardly on her neck. She soon got up and declared herself okay. The clip soon went viral on social media, with fans displaying their concerns for the former champion.
However, days later, Stratton has come clean about the incident and explained what went wrong during the botch. “My idea for that stream was to learn how to do the dive over the top of the rope. Hit the ropes and dive over. You see all the women who go through the ropes, and I also go through the ropes,” Stratton said while speaking to Battle on Battleground.
“I’ve always wanted to be able to go over the ropes. I was going to do the stream where I was working my way up. Unfortunately, we had a little mishap. That happens. Wrestling is not always pretty.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to work my way up to doing it over the ropes, but I will be redeeming myself here soon. Stay tuned for that stream. Giving fans a little inside scoop as to what a training session looks like. It doesn’t always go as planned,” she finished.
Stratton regularly streams on Kick and Twitch, and has recently been on streams with N3on and Lil Yachty.
