On Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, Tiffany Stratton defeated five other women to win her career's second Money in the Bank briefcase. At the namesake PLE, Stratton outlasted Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez, Jacy Jayne, and Lash Legend to win the match.

Midway through the match in New Orleans, Stratton executed an extremely high-risk move from the top of the ladder that potentially left her injured. During the match, Stratton climbed on top of the ladder and hit a dive on everyone at the ringside.

However, upon impact, Stratton’s head seemingly bounced off the floor. The scary bump momentarily paused the match, as medical officials checked on Stratton. Later, during her appearance on the Money in the Bank post-show, Stratton opened up about it and claimed that she has not yet recovered from the bump.

“I’m sitting here, my neck still hurts, but I wanted to do anything it took to get that briefcase,” Stratton said. “So I told medical I was okay. I wanna still power through this match and get through it because what’s a ladder match without Tiffy in it? So I powered through it and it worked out in the end.”

Later, former WWE Superstar CJ Perry, aka Lana, also opened up about the women's Money in the Bank ladder match and addressed the high-risk scary spots. “People should not be getting in the ring and doing high risk wrestling moves if they can't deliver it safely. It's very hard to watch,” Lana wrote in a now-deleted post. The women's Money in the Bank match also included another scary spot when Lola Vice and Jacy Jayne bumped into a ladder and slipped out on the floor, hitting it hard.
