The Minnesota Lynx had an outstanding regular season and were deemed title favorites going into the playoffs, but their run got cut short in the first round against the Minnesota Lynx. It was the first time that a No. 1 seed was eliminated by the No. 8 seed, and now the Lynx will have to go into the offseason with questions surrounding their future.
The one burning question everyone has is about Napheesa Collier and her upcoming free agency. Days after the loss, Collier gave an update about her future.
“Collier says she hasn't given much thought to her impending free agency given the Lynx lost less than 48 hours ago. She did say she loves the franchise,” Annie Costabile of The Athletic wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
