As the Indianapolis Colts take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5, the team has been surrounded by speculation regarding Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and the possibility of trading him. While rumors surrounded the Colts and Harrison, the latest update gives clarity regarding the team.
NFL insider Adam Schefter reported Saturday that the Cardinals “are finalizing a deal” to trade Harrison, though a team wasn't revealed. With many people wondering whether Indianapolis was the destination because of the rumors, ESPN's Stephen Holder said the Colts aren't the team in question.
“It’s NOT the Colts, per source. Cardinals were asking for a second round choice and more. Wow,” Holder wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “Indy was legitimately interested. I cannot say what their price would have been, but they were willing at the right compensation.”
