The Philadelphia 76ers squared off against the Chicago Bulls on the road on Sunday. LeBron James, coming off a poor performance against the Cleveland Cavaliers, bounced back and made history.

In the first quarter, James achieved another milestone as the all-time leading scorer against the Bulls, per Legion Hoops. The moment came when James hit a 3-pointer, his first points of the contest.

It is only fitting, given how long he has played, that James achieved this feat. He is in the midst of his 24th NBA season, and his career continues to grow stronger by the day. James, 41, continues to defy the adage about the aging athlete by staying consistently on top of his game from every angle. He is currently averaging 14.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game as the 76ers surge to a 7-1 start.

On December 20, 2003, James made his professional debut against the Bulls. He was with the Cavaliers and was the most hyped No. 1 draft pick at the time. James was a high school sensation from St. Vincent St. Mary's in Akron, Ohio.
