The Jets called running back Breece Hall week-to-week after he suffered a quad injury in their Week 3 loss to the Lions and Wednesday’s practice report gave reason to believe his return to action won’t come this week.
Hall remained out of practice as the Jets began their on-field preparation for the Browns. Braelon Allen has been the lead back in Hall’s absence from the lineup.
Wide receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger), cornerback Jarvis Brownlee (concussion), linebacker Kiko Mauigoa (quad), and guard Dylan Parham (knee) were also out of practice.
Linebacker Kingsley Enagbare (knee) was the team’s only limited participant. Wide receiver Tim Patrick (groin) and tight end Mason Taylor (thumb) were full participants. Taylor has missed the last two games while Patrick has been designated for return from injured reserve.
