The 28-year-old Ryan Garcia has called for boxing legend Floyd Mayweather to return to boxing for the duo to have a major money showdown. Boxing icon Mayweather has made headlines for numerous reasons lately, mainly because of reports about his supposed financial and personal troubles. He retired from the sport in 2017 following a knockout of Conor McGregor but has kept participating in exhibition matches.

Mayweather made substantial earnings from fights in Saitama, London, Dubai, Mexico City, and several locations in the US against less prominent challengers like Logan Paul, Aaron Chalmers, and KSI’s brother Deji. He was also scheduled to come back to the professional ranks this year for a rematch with Manny Pacquiao, but that plan never took off.

Fighthype recently broke out news that there are talks underway for a fight between Ryan Garcia and Mayweather. However, nothing in detail was shared about the report. Garcia has now responded to it and opened up on social media.

“Okay Floyd let’s see how much you love that ‘0,'” Garcia wrote on social media. “And no I wouldn’t do an exhibition I want his 0 on the fucking line. How much does he actually think he got left. I’m ready Floyd, remember you made this call. I’m just returning the favor. Offer is on the table. Accept or not, if not I move foward as I have been,” he further said.
