The Chicago Blackhawks hosted the St. Louis Blues in their first home game of the season. Patrick Kane returned to the Blackhawks this offseason, and Tuesday night saw Kane's first game back at United Center.

Spencer Knight was the star of the game in the Blackhawks 4-2 victory. He stopped 26 of 28 shots in the contest, taking the win. After the game, he was interviewed and made sure to give a shout-out to Kane, per B/R Open Ice.

“Yeah, I mean, good win, great crowd, but how about having Showtime back guys? How is that? Pretty cool, huh?” Knight said to the cheers of the home fans.

Knight and Kane never played together in Kane's first stint with the team. Kane was traded to the New York Rangers during the 2022-23 season. At that time, Knight was still a member of the Florida Panthers. He joined the Blackhawks during the 2024-25 season.
