New Zealand sensation Amelia Kerr claims the third spot on the list after being bought for INR 3 crore by Mumbai Indians Women in the 2026 auction. Across three seasons, Kerr has impressed with 437 runs and 40 wickets, showcasing her versatility and impact in all departments. Her substantial price tag reflects MI’s faith in her ability to influence games across formats and conditions.

Deepti Sharma, Ashleigh Gardner, Nat Sciver-Brunt - INR 3.2 crore

The second-highest price bracket in WPL history is shared by three world-class all-rounders, Deepti Sharma, Ashleigh Gardner, and Nat Sciver-Brunt, each bought for INR 3.2 crore. Deepti Sharma, signed by UP Warriorz in the 2026 mega-auction, is one of India’s most dependable performers. With 507 runs and 27 wickets in past seasons, she brings immense value with both bat and ball.

Ashleigh Gardner, purchased by Gujarat Giants in 2023, has delivered consistently with 567 runs and 25 wickets, making her one of the top overseas picks. Nat Sciver-Brunt, acquired by Mumbai Indians in 2023, has been exceptional, scoring 1027 runs and taking 32 wickets across three seasons.

Smriti Mandhana - INR 3.4 crore

Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women (RCB-W) skipper Smriti Mandhana remains the costliest player ever purchased in WPL history. She was acquired for an astounding INR 3.4 crore during the inaugural 2023 auction.

A graceful left-handed opener known for her elegant strokeplay and reliability at the top, Mandhana has long been one of the biggest names in women’s cricket.
