WWE star Jade Cargill saves Iyo Sky in scary spot on RAW

Just a couple of weeks after Iyo Sky’s scary fall on Monday Night RAW, where she almost landed on her head, she did another similar spot, but luckily, WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill was there to make the save.

During the Apr. 13, 2026, edition of RAW, Sky faced Kairi Sane, who was accompanied to the ring by Asuka. After the “Empress of Tomorrow” began interfering, Rhea Ripley, Sky’s tag team partner and Cargill’s WrestleMania 42 opponent, came out to even the odds. Before she could hit a Riptide, Cargill intervened.

Sky then tried a suicide dive onto Cargill, who was standing outside the ring. In a moment of true professionalism, Cargill caught Sky, even though the “Genius of the Sky” nearly fell on her head.

Of course, this is how a routine suicide dive move should go. However, this came a couple of weeks after Sky tripped on the ropes trying to hit the move. That resulted in her head/neck in a scary moment.

Fans were relieved in the comments section of LuigiWrestling’s post on X, formerly Twitter, sharing the moment. One said, “I thought she was gonna face-plant again.”

Someone else pointed out that “once again, the knee touches the rope,” causing her to trip. Another simply said, “That suicide dive, I saw something weird about it.”

Luckily, Sky appears to be fine. She finished the match, losing to Sane on a roll-up after Asuka intervened. All signs point to Sky and Asuka blowing off their feud in a match. It’s just unknown if that will take place at WrestleMania or another event.

Sky is entrenched in two feuds. She has unfinished business with Asuka and Sane, and Sky is trying to get the latter to get out of that abusive relationship. Sky is also involved in Ripley and Cargill’s feud, which will culminate at WrestleMania. She has become a target for Cargill when she’s trying to antagonize Ripley.
