Texans’ C.J. Stroud matches Patriots game announcer Troy Aikman with disastrous 4-INT half

The Houston Texans are trying to keep up with the New England Patriots in the Divisional Round, but they have to take care of the ball on offense first. That starts with C.J. Stroud, who has four interceptions in the first half of the game, and he’s matched the current announcer of the game, Troy Aikman, for the most interceptions in a half, according to Ben Volin of the Boston Globe.

“Fourth interception of the first half for CJ Stroud. The record is five by Nathan Peterman. Today’s broadcaster, ESPN’s Troy Aikman, also once had four,” Volin wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
