talkSPORT tips – Best football bets and expert advice for Inter Milan v Arsenal
The game of the week in the Champions League sees leaders Arsenal head to the San Siro to take on sixth-placed Inter Milan.
The Gunners still have a 100% record after their opening six matches, but Mikel Arteta could be tempted into rotating his squad during what is a manic month of fixtures.
Inter will feel a positive result will be a big stride towards automatic qualification for the last 16 as they look to build on an impressive domestic run.

Inter Milan v Arsenal betting tips
Point keeps Arsenal and Inter on track
Arsenal have already played five games during the month of January and they still have another four to navigate before we reach February.
That run starts with a clash with Inter Milan, who have lost their last two European ties having started with four consecutive wins.
The defeats came away to Atletico Madrid and at home to Liverpool, but Cristian Chivu’s men do come into this clash in good form.
Inter have opened up a three-point lead at the top of Serie A, having gone on a seven-game unbeaten run, including a 1-0 success at Udinese on Saturday.
These two teams met in Europe last season, with just one penalty separating the sides – Turkish international Hakan Calhanoglu scoring from the spot.
Cards look likely in tight affair
Both teams’ recent league fixtures suggest this will be tight, with Arsenal drawing their last two games without scoring a goal.
Meanwhile, Inter have won their last two fixtures by a single goal to nil and both teams have conceded just five goals between them in Europe.
Normally when a game is that close, it will lead to a midfield battle which could lead to a number of fouls and cautions.
Arsenal are ranked seventh in the Champions League disciplinary table, committing 80 fouls and picking up 16 yellow cards along the way.
Inter, who had two yellows in this fixture last season, have conceded 67 fouls in their opening six games, collecting 11 cautions as well.
White poses set-piece threat
It’s been well documented that Arsenal can cause any team problems from corners and free-kicks, with Mikel Arteta’s men scoring 24 goals from set-pieces.
That amounts to 35% of their total goals in all competitions and their six-foot-plus defenders continue to cause opponents difficulties from crosses.
With Riccardo Calafiori currently missing through injury and other players sidelined at times through the season, Arteta has been forced to change his backline around.
Ben White has been given his chance this month, playing in the last three consecutive matches for the Gunners.
The former Brighton man scored the opener in the 3-2 EFL Cup success over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and looks a big price to score again.
