Pistons HC JB Bickerstaff reiterates identity after smothering Cavs in Game 1

The Detroit Pistons opened the Eastern Conference semifinals with an emphatic 111-101 home win vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers Tuesday night, taking a 1-0 series lead behind a balanced team effort and relentless defensive pressure.
