Netflix screen Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua trailer as broadcaster tease fight

A Netflix teaser trailer for Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua’s heavyweight showdown aired on WWE Raw.

Joshua and Fury are set to finally settle their heavyweight grudge after years in the making at the back end of 2026.

The pair have signed on the dotted line for a blockbuster all-British affair, and are awaiting the final date and venue for their meeting.

There is currently negotiations and talks ongoing regarding the finer details, but things all appear to be going in the direction of New York’s Madison Square Garden hosting the bout.

A firm announcement is still being awaited, but the official broadcaster Netflix have wasted no time in promoting the clash.

On last night’s episode of WWE Raw, the streaming service took their opportunity to tease the bout for the first time.

They aired a promotional trailer for the bout, which gave a quick preview into all the goings on so far this year.

It included when the pair went back and forth in April in a verbal clash, with Joshua refusing to get in the ring for the pair to face-off.

Footage of the pair’s biggest wins also featured including Fury’s famous trilogy with Deontay Wilder.

Before the video ended with a teaser of: “Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua – coming soon.”

No further details were announced, but it is clear that the intention will be for the bout to be finally confirmed in due course.

The latest on Fury vs Joshua

Negotiations are being thrashed out in the background with Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh, who is the mediator between the two camps.

Joshua insisted with his promoter Eddie Hearn that his contract is signed for the fight to take place in the UK.

And Hearn is staying firm on the agreement, but insists money and demands from Netflix may push the bout over to the US.

In the latest update, Fury suggested an announcement is indeed imminent.

He said in a video on his social media: “Everything is going well, I’ve got some big news coming.

“Big fight on the horizon. It is the one you’ve all been waiting for.

“About to be announced imminently so stay tuned.”
