Magic’s injury report vs. 76ers in NBA Play-In Tournament features 2 players
The No. 8 seed Orlando Magic are set to take on the No. 7 seed Philadelphia 76ers in a Play-In Tournament matchup on Wednesday, with the winner punching their ticket to the NBA Playoffs. Leading up to the contest, two players on the Magic’s roster pop up on the club’s latest injury report, with both deemed questionable for the game. Here is everything we know about Orlando’s latest update on the injury report.
Magic’s injury report vs. 76ers

Forward Jonathan Isaac and wing Jett Howard are both listed as questionable in the first injury report for the Play-In Tournament matchup. Isaac, who is 28 years old, is dealing with a sprain in his left knee. He initially suffered the injury during the Magic’s 136-131 overtime win over the Washington Wizards on March 12.
Jonathan Isaac has only played in 52 games this season, averaging 2.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game while shooting 42.2% from the floor and 18.4% from beyond the three-point line. His 10.0 minutes per game average suggests he would have a minimal role if he is available for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers.
Meanwhile, Jett Howard is also dealing with a sprain, but it is located in his left ankle instead. The 22-year-old wing has missed five straight contests, including the regular-season finale against the Boston Celtics. Like Isaac, Howard is a role player on the Magic’s roster, averaging 5.5 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game with a 41.8% field goal percentage while hitting 37.2% of his three-point attempts.
Jonathan Isaac’s and Jett Howard’s presence may not change the rotation of the roster much, even if they are both deemed available by Wednesday’s 7:30 p.m. EST tip-off time. Regardless, Orlando will monitor their injuries and reveal their official statuses before the start of the game.
