Lightning’s Victor Hedman will not play in do-or-die Game 6 vs Canadiens
It’s been a tough series for the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Victor Hedman has not been available to play. With their season on the line, Hedman is still not available and will not play against the Montreal Canadiens in Game 6 at Centre Bell, according to NHL insider Pierre LeBrun.
“Jon Cooper on Victor Hedman: ‘He’s going to be an option really soon.’ But Cooper says Hedman will not play tonight,” LeBrun wrote on X.
Hedman has been progressing in his return from injury. But he is still not ready to return, and the Bolts must stave off elimination without him.
