The injury is likely to put pay to Grealish’s hopes of forcing his way into England’s World Cup squad.
Grealish’s last game before the injury came in helping Everton to a 1-0 win at former club Aston Villa on Sunday.
However, the win came at a huge cost to the 30-year-old, who may have played his final game for the Merseyside club having joined them on loan from Manchester City last summer.
