Sirianni offered an emphatic endorsement after practice, saying, “There aren’t many better football players in the world than Lane Johnson.”

“He’s a phenomenal football player, ” Sirianni added. “He’s one of the best guys I’ve been around.”

The praise reflects Johnson’s importance well beyond his work protecting Jalen Hurts. The veteran tackle remains a foundational leader for an Eagles offensive line that will again be tasked with creating running lanes for Saquon Barkley and keeping Philadelphia’s passing attack clean.
