Dodgers’ Kiké Hernández, Freddie Freeman, Miguel Rojas land Wheel of Fortune spots

Though Los Angeles Dodgers star Kiké Hernández is dealing with an oblique injury that is reportedly to keep him out for at least six weeks, he will still help to represent the team in another way. As fans await updates on the Dodgers player in Hernandez, he is joining teammates Freddie Freeman and Miguel Rojas on a game show.

The three Dodgers stars will represent the team as they are set to make an appearance on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” in the upcoming new season, via Dodgers Nation on X, formerly Twitter. While the game show isn’t a team game, it appears each of the players is representing themselves.

While Hernandez will look to dominate “Wheel of Fortune” and win that game, fans are hoping to see the 34-year-old back sometime soon to help Los Angeles win baseball games.

It’s been a frustrating season for Hernandez as he missed the start of the season until making his 2026 debut on Monday, before getting injured on Tuesday, but his fellow Wheel of Fortune contestant, Rojas, said he “is in a good place of mind right now.”

“So Kike is in a good place of mind right now, he is going to continue to get ready to get back on the field, and help us win when it matters the most,” Rojas said on Friday, via 97.1 The Fan. “Kike is way more valuable than any other player in the league, which is the playoffs, and when it really counts for us to win a World Series…It’s a tough blow for us.”

At any rate, it remains to be seen when fans will get to see not just Hernandez back on the field, but himself, Freeman, and Rojas on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.”
