Manchester City v Bayer Leverkusen (Tue, 8pm)

Manchester City will be looking to get back to winning ways on Tuesday night as they fell to defeat at Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday evening which saw them lose hold of second place in the table, and end their run of seven wins in eight games.

Pep Guardiola’s side take on a Bayer Leverkusen side who have won seven of their last nine matches in all competitions, only losing to PSG and Bayern Munich in that run, and whose 3-1 win at Wolfsburg saw them climb up to third in the Bundesliga.

Man City have dropped only two points in the Champions League so far and are sitting comfortably in fourth in the table, while their German visitors, in contrast, have won only once in Europe this season and currently find themselves down in 21st at the half way point.

  • Manchester City 2/9, Draw 11/2, Barcelona 11/1

Newcastle’s huge 2-1 win over Manchester City on Saturday leaves them with five wins from their last seven matches, though head to the south of France on Tuesday having only won once on the road from their seven away games this season, of which they’ve lost their last three.

Marseille are enjoying a very strong campaign, currently only two points behind PSG in the Ligue 1 title race, with Roberto de Zerbi’s side having won three of their last four games, and have suffered defeat just once at their home stadium this season.

In Europe though, the Magpies have won three of their four matches on their return to the Champions League while the French side have lost in three of their four outings so far.

Bayern Munich boast a six point lead of their own at the top of the Bundesliga ahead of their massive trip to the Emirates, Vincent Kompany’s side having won 17 of their 18 matches in all competitions this season, but were held to a 2-2 draw with Union Berlin in their last away outing.

PSV head to Anfield unbeaten in their last 11 matches in all competitions, with seven wins in their last eight as the Dutch side sit six points clear at the top of the Eredvisie having dropped only two points in the league all season.

Arne Slot’s side are faring much better in the Europe than domestically so far this season, winning three of their four Champions League matches ahead of their visit of the Dutch champions, who have won just one in four in Europe this season.

  • Liverpool 3/10, Draw 5/1, PSV 15/2

PSG v Tottenham (Wed, 8pm)
