British Grand Prix 2026 tickets: See Formula 1 racing at Silverstone this year

The Formula 1 2026 season is just weeks away, starting with the Australian Grand Prix from 6 – 8 March.

For many UK-based F1 fans, the hottest ticket to secure is the British Grand Prix in July, where Lando Norris will be hoping for a repeat of his 2025 win.

We may earn affiliate revenue from links. StubHub, Vivid Seats, and Viagogo are secondary marketplaces where tickets are resold. Some events prohibit resale. Tickets bought on these platforms may be invalid and entry may be refused. Check the event’s official terms and complaints process before buying. Prices may be above or below face value and can change; booking fees and taxes (including VAT) may apply.

As always, the British Grand Prix will take place at Silverstone, with this year’s race happening from 3 – 5 July.

This year, there’s a purpose-built grandstand specifically for Lando fans – the Landostand – as well as other grandstands and hospitality ticket options.

If you’d like to be part of the action, keep reading to find out how to get F1 tickets before they sell out.

How to buy tickets for the British Grand Prix 2026 at Silverstone

Ticket sales started on the Silverstone website on 15 September 2025, which means some popular seating areas are sold out.

General admission tickets are still available, along with selected grandstands, but the Landostand has officially sold out.

However, we’ve spotted the coveted Landostand seats available at Stubhub International, currently priced at £1,014 for Sunday, 5 July.

StubHub and other reputable ticketing sites, such as Viagogo and Vivid Seats, offer an array of seating options for the final day.

If you’d like to soak up more of the atmosphere and experience a race weekend that includes the qualifiers and the race for pole position, several ticket options are available.

How much do British Grand Prix tickets cost?

The British Grand Prix takes place over a long weekend, from Friday to Sunday, and ticket prices vary by day.

Friday sees teams have two one-hour free practice sessions to get used to the track, and tends to be the most affordable day.

The Silverstone website has £99 general admission tickets for Friday, whereas the same admission ticket would cost £329 for Sunday.

To watch the action unfold from a grandstand, you’re looking at prices from £149 on Friday to upwards of £539 on Sunday.

For a really special experience with food and drink packages, Silverstone hospitality packages start from £1,850 for race day with other two-day and three-day options available.

How to get to Silverstone?

Getting to the iconic Silverstone Circuit for the British Grand Prix requires careful planning, as it’s incredibly busy during race weekend.

Car parking has already sold out, but there are several nearby Park and Ride options, with drop-off locations located at places off the M40 and M1.

Another option is a combination of train and shuttle bus.

The nearest major train stations with official shuttle services are Milton Keynes Central and Northampton, and there are also services from Banbury, Coventry and Oxford Parkway.

Bus shuttle tickets for both the train station service and the Park and Ride cost £7 per person per day for a return journey and can be prebooked on the Silverstone website.

Where to stay during the British Grand Prix?

For the ultimate immersion in race day weekend, you could glamp onsite at Silverstone.

There is a range of glamping options available, with the most luxurious having hot tubs and a hair salon.

If you prefer having four walls and a roof, Escapade Silverstone offers a home-from-home trackside experience, but all residences require a minimum three-night stay.

We’d recommend searching on Booking.com for other hotels in the Silverstone area and booking in advance, as prices tend to rise closer to the event.
