Brewers’ No. 1 prospect Jesus Made hits jaw-dropping homer with Double-A Biloxi

Winning three-straight NL Central crowns, the Milwaukee Brewers have proven they have plenty of talent on their roster. With the top prospect in all of baseball in their farm system, the Brewers stand to only get richer.

After ranking as the No. 56 prospect in 2025, Jesus Made moved all the way up to No.1 in 2026, via MLB Pipeline. On Monday, he proved why with a mammoth shot for Double-A Biloxi.

Made only has 203 games of minor league experience, signing with Milwaukee as an international free agent in 2024. But he is already moving up the ranks quickly, settling in at Double-A to begin his 2026 campaign. Over his first 37 games, Made is hitting .265 with five home runs, 25 RBIs and 17 stolen bases. His entire 203 games in the minors has produced a .291 batting average with 17 home runs, 114 RBIs and 92 stolen bases.

Alongside his work at the plate, Made also offers the Brewers plenty of positional versatility. In 2026, the top prospect has focused on playing shortstop. But he also has experience at second and third base. Being able to move him around the diamond will allow Milwaukee to be more creative with Made once he reaches the major league level.

Still only 19-years-old, the Brewers may opt to be patient with the infielder. But he is at the very least proving to be no match for Double-A. If he continues to steal bases at the rate he does and smash homers like he did on Monday, Made could be in line for another call up. His eventual debut at the MLB level will draw all eyes from across the baseball world.
