The No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish got to enjoy an incredible highlight from Jonaz Walton during their clash with the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday afternoon.

Notre Dame is experiencing an incredible start to the 2026 season. They have a big chip on their shoulders after failing to make the cut for the 2025 College Football Playoffs. The program even declined a bowl invitation in controversial fashion despite being one of the best teams in the country, showing the high standards they have with their desire for CFP championships.

The Fighting Irish are on fire with a 5-0 record as they reach the midpoint of the campaign. They take on struggling Stanford side, having the upper hand as the hosts. Walton got the message to keep Notre Dame undefeated, shining with a great touchdown highlight in the first half.

His touchdown took place in the first seconds of the second quarter. The team was three yards from their own end zone as Walton breezed past defenders and sprinted for 97 yards to the other side of the field to add onto Notre Dame's dominant lead over Stanford.
