The joint statement from the NFL and NFL Players Association regarding impermissible celebrations makes it clear that players will still be fined for, well, joints.

The NFL fined three Browns players for a touchdown celebration that included the apparent passing of an imaginary marijuana cigarette after running back Quinshon Judkins scored a second-quarter touchdown against the Steelers.

Judkins and quarterback Deshaun Watson were fined $14,397 for the infraction. Guard Austin Barber was fined only $6,944.

Video of the celebration shows Judkins taking a puff and passing to Barber, before Judkins takes a puff and passes to Watson.

Those were the only celebrations that were fined for Week 4.

The recent statement allows drinking celebrations; celebrations that depict smoking or drug use remain prohibited.
