The Vanderbilt football team is hoping to pick up a win on Saturday over Georgia. The Commodores are getting some big injury news ahead of that game.
“Sources: Vanderbilt star freshman QB Jared Curtis will not play at Georgia today. He’s a former Georgia commit who’d been considered a game-time decision with an undisclosed injury,” ESPN's Pete Thamel posted to X, formerly Twitter.
The Commodores will instead go with a familiar face against the Bulldogs.
Article Continues Below“Veteran Blaze Berlowitz will start for Vanderbilt today, per sources. He’s set to make his third start of the season,” Thamel reported.
This is a big game for Vanderbilt. The Commodores are looking for their first SEC conference win of the season. The squad is coming off a frustrating loss to Auburn, to start SEC play.
