McVay gets his next chance to get his first win over Sirianni on Sunday in Philadelphia. The 1-2 Rams desperately need to avoid falling to 1-3.
In 2023, the Eagles and Sirianni beat the Rams and McVay in L.A., 23-14. The next year, the Eagles won again in L.A., 37-20.
In the 2024 playoffs, the Eagles escaped an upset bid in the divisional round, 28-22. Last season, a blocked field goal in the final seconds (returned for a touchdown) gave the Eagles a 33-26 win.
Overall, McVay is 1-6 against the Eagles. And Philly has won 10 of the last 11 games played between the two teams.
The Rams are nevertheless favored by 3.5 points over the Eagles. The game starts at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday.
