The Rams will be welcoming linebacker Myles Garrett back to their lineup on Sunday.
Head coach Sean McVay confirmed at a Friday press conference that Garrett will be activated from injured reserve ahead of this Sunday’s game against the Commanders. A report earlier in the day indicated that would be the case and the Commanders can now be certain that they have to plan for Garrett this weekend.
Garrett had knee surgery after Week 1 and returned to the practice field this week. The Rams will be hoping this run unfolds without further interruption and that he’ll be back to the level that earned him defensive player of the year honors with Cleveland in 2025.
In addition to being Garrett’s return, Sunday will also mark the first game that the Rams will have Garrett and Aaron Donald active at the same time.
McVay said that tight end Terrance Ferguson is set to come off of injured reserve as well. He’s missed five games with an ankle injury.
